Children’s Privacy Notice

Flight of the Bunnies is a cartoon arcade game that may be played by children. Barnyard Breakout designed the Game to avoid chat, direct messaging, public player-created content, and contact between players.

1. What this notice covers

This notice explains how the Game handles children’s information when optional accounts, cloud saves, leaderboards, purchases, and rewarded ads are available. It should be read with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. Accounts, cloud saves, and leaderboards

Accounts and cloud saves are optional. They may process an account identifier, sign-in token, display name, progress, unlocks, and scores. Leaderboards may display a player’s selected name or platform name, score, and rank.

We apply age-appropriate safeguards to online features. We do not knowingly collect more information from children than is reasonably necessary to provide the feature. A parent or guardian can contact us to ask about, correct, or delete a child’s account or cloud data.

3. Advertising and purchases

The Game may offer optional rewarded ads. We do not use personalised or behavioural advertising for users we know are children. Where an advertising provider supports child-directed settings, we use those settings for child users. A child can choose not to watch a rewarded ad and will simply not receive that optional reward.

The Game may offer in-app purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play. Payments are handled by the app store, not by Barnyard Breakout. Parents and guardians can use device and store controls, including Apple Screen Time and Google Family Link, to manage downloads and purchases.

4. Information we do not collect

The Game does not provide chat, direct messages, contact sharing, photo sharing, microphone access, camera access, or precise-location access. We do not knowingly use children’s information to build advertising profiles.

5. Parents and guardians

If you are a parent or guardian and have a question about a child’s information, account, leaderboard entry, or purchase, email contact@barnyardbreakout.com. We will work with you to review, correct, or delete information where applicable.

You can also reset local game data in the Game or uninstall it. Those actions remove data stored on the device, but they do not by themselves delete account or cloud-save data; contact us for that request.

6. Privacy rights and changes

Children and their parents or guardians may have privacy rights under laws such as COPPA, the GDPR/UK GDPR, and Australian privacy law. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and update this notice if the Game’s data practices change.
