Children’s Privacy Notice

Barnyard Breakout (the Game) is a cartoon arcade game that may be played by children. We designed the Game to avoid chat, direct messaging, public player-created content, and contact between players.

1. What this notice covers

This notice explains how the Game handles children’s information across leaderboards, crash reports, purchases, and rewarded ads, and how it would handle optional accounts and cloud saves if the Game offers them in the future. It should be read with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. Accounts, cloud saves, leaderboards, and crash reports

The Game does not currently offer accounts or cloud saves. If it offers them in the future, they may process an account identifier, sign-in token, display name, progress, unlocks, and scores. Leaderboards may display a player’s selected name or platform name, score, and rank.

We apply age-appropriate safeguards to online features. We do not knowingly collect more information from children than is reasonably necessary to provide the feature. A parent or guardian can contact us to ask about, correct, or delete a child’s leaderboard entry or other data we hold.

Crash reports. Like the rest of the Game, crash reporting is designed to work without knowing who a player is. If the Game crashes, we receive a technical report tied to a random install identifier, never a name, contact detail, precise location, or anything a player typed. 3. Advertising and purchases

The Game may offer optional rewarded ads. We do not use personalised or behavioural advertising for users we know are children. Where an advertising provider supports child-directed settings, we use those settings for child users. A child can choose not to watch a rewarded ad and will simply not receive that optional reward.

The Game may offer in-app purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play. Payments are handled by the app store, not by us. Parents and guardians can use device and store controls, including Apple Screen Time and Google Family Link, to manage downloads and purchases.

4. Information we do not collect

The Game does not provide chat, direct messages, contact sharing, photo sharing, microphone access, camera access, or precise-location access. We do not knowingly use children’s information to build advertising profiles.

5. Parents and guardians

If you are a parent or guardian and have a question about a child’s information, leaderboard entry, or purchase, email contact@barnyardbreakout.com. We will work with you to review, correct, or delete information where applicable.

You can also remove all local game data by uninstalling the Game. That clears what is stored on the device; to have a leaderboard entry or crash reports deleted from our servers, email us with the leaderboard display name (and the player code, if it is shown on the entry). The Privacy Policy sets out the full process.

6. Privacy rights and changes

Children and their parents or guardians may have privacy rights under laws such as COPPA, the GDPR/UK GDPR, and Australian privacy law. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and update this notice if the Game’s data practices change.
