Terms of Service & End User Licence Agreement

Last updated: 26 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Flight of the Bunnies (the Game), published by Barnyard Breakout. By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these terms.

1. Your licence to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Game for private, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. This licence does not transfer ownership of the Game or its content to you.

2. Ownership

The Game, including its code, artwork, models, sounds, characters, interface, and name, is owned by Barnyard Breakout or licensed to us. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective creators. See Acknowledgements for credits and licence notices.

3. Virtual currency, items, and purchases

The Game includes virtual coins and items such as characters, cosmetics, gliders, and upgrades. Coins and items have no real-world monetary value, are not property, and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, gifted, or traded.

Some virtual items or currency may be available through in-app purchases. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm a purchase. Apple App Store and Google Play process purchases under their own payment terms; Barnyard Breakout does not receive or store your full payment details.

Purchases are delivered digitally. Refunds are handled by the relevant app store and by any rights you have under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law. We may change prices and available items prospectively. The Game does not offer paid randomised items or loot boxes.

4. Accounts, cloud saves, and leaderboards

The Game may offer optional accounts, cloud saves, and online leaderboards. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Leaderboards may show your selected name or platform name, score, and rank.

Do not cheat, manipulate scores, exploit bugs, or submit fabricated leaderboard entries. We may remove entries, reset progress, restrict online features, or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the Game and other players.

5. Advertising and rewarded ads

The Game may show third-party advertisements, including optional rewarded ads. Watching a rewarded ad is your choice; if you watch one, the Game may award the stated in-game reward. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or linked services. See the Privacy Policy for information about ad-related data processing and controls.

6. Fair play and restrictions

You must not:

  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game except where the law permits it;
  • modify the Game, its files, save data, or memory to gain an unfair advantage;
  • use bots, automation, cheats, exploits, or fabricated scores;
  • copy, distribute, rent, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Game or its content;
  • interfere with security, payment, account, advertising, or online features; or
  • use the Game unlawfully or in breach of app-store rules.

7. User content and communications

The Game does not provide chat, messaging, or player-created public content. If you use a display name for an account or leaderboard, do not use content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or infringes another person’s rights. We may remove or restrict inappropriate names or entries.

8. App stores

The Game is distributed through third-party stores, including Apple App Store and Google Play. Their terms apply in addition to these terms. If there is a conflict with a mandatory store term, that term prevails to the extent of the conflict.

If you obtained the Game from Apple App Store, these terms are between you and Barnyard Breakout, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game, support, maintenance, or claims relating to the Game, except as required by law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available on every device.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law permits, Barnyard Breakout is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of progress, virtual items, data, profits, or goodwill.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your licence or access to online features if you materially breach these terms or where reasonably necessary to protect the Game, players, or service providers. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Australia may hear disputes arising from these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the Game, its services, or the law changes. Updated terms will be available at barnyardbreakout.com/terms and may also be made available in the Game. Continuing to use the Game after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
